Registration
We welcome all new patients and there is a simple registration process. All that we require prior to your first consultation is for you to complete a Medical History and Registration Form.
When you make an appointment we reserve that time exclusively for you, and our dental team will make every effort to ensure that you are seen as promptly as possible.
Nervous Patients
At The Mary Jones Dental Practice in Hayes near Bromley, our caring reputation has been built on our understanding that for many patients visiting the dentist is a very nervous and apprehensive experience.
We care and are considerate of your feelings, offering you a warm, welcoming environment. With our empathetic and sensitive manner and skills, we will always take time to listen to your fears and concerns.
A common dental phobia is a fear of needles and injections. By delivering anaesthetic at body temperature, in a slow, gentle and controlled manner, you will be made to feel at ease.
Payments
At your first appointment you will be expected to pay for your basic examination charge. Any further treatments that you may require and have requested will be discussed with you and you will be given an estimate on your treatment plan prior to any charges.
Payment for treatment will be collected subsequently over the course of treatment – you will be informed how much is due each visit depending on your treatment plan.
Cancellations & 24 Hour Notice
We realise that occasionally a change in circumstances may occur which means you may have to cancel or amend your appointment. We ask that you allow the practice 24 hours notice so that we can allocate the time to another patient. If the practice is not given sufficient notice of cancellation, a fee will be charged.
